A smooth silk fabric may reduce rubbing against hair and skin and can feel pleasant to rest on. These are potential material benefits, not tested results for the planned DVALIA product. Individual experiences vary.
Is silk the same as polyester satin?
No. Silk is a fibre; satin is a weave that can be made from silk, polyester or other fibres. A shiny surface alone does not establish silk content. DVALIA is evaluating mulberry silk suppliers and will publish the verified fibre composition before selling.
How should I wash a silk pillowcase?
Follow the product's care label. As general guidance, silk often needs cool water, a mild detergent intended for silk, gentle handling and air drying away from heat. The final DVALIA washing temperature and machine-wash suitability are awaiting the supplier's care label.
Which pillow sizes and colours are available?
To be confirmed. Final dimensions, fit, closure and colour choices are awaiting supplier verification. The colours in our AI concept imagery are illustrative and are not a confirmed product range.
How long does shipping take?
To be confirmed. Dispatch location, supported countries, shipping costs, tracking and delivery estimates will be published after the supplier's service is verified. Orders are not open, and no delivery date is being promised.
How do returns work?
To be confirmed before orders open. We will publish the seller's details, return procedure, applicable rights, deadlines, return address and responsibility for return costs. Please do not rely on an unconfirmed return promise; this store is currently a preview.
Can I place an order now?
Not yet. This store is a private preview while we verify the supplier and product. Ordering and checkout remain disabled.
Is the material already confirmed?
Mulberry silk is the intended direction. The final fibre composition, fabric weight, construction and any certification have not been verified. We will publish documented specifications before accepting orders.
What do the images show?
Our current images are AI-generated concepts that show the intended visual direction. They are not photographs of an approved DVALIA product. Final colours, design and details may differ.
What are the planned bundle options?
The current plan is one pillowcase for 359 NOK or two pillowcases for 499 NOK. These prices are provisional. No historical discount or limited-time promotion is being claimed.
Does silk guarantee better sleep?
We do not promise improved sleep or a health outcome. Silk can be one part of a comfortable bedding setup, and preferences for fabric and temperature vary.
