If your product has a quality issue, email support@dvalia.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem, but are not a requirement for making a complaint.

Returns and refunds

For return instructions, contact support@dvalia.com before sending a parcel. Your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, are explained in our full refund policy. You do not need prior approval to exercise your right of withdrawal.
